Real estate developer Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation (OCIC) on Tuesday launched the Diamond Island Satellite City project in Koh Pich – its latest condominium project.

The 39-storey Diamond Bay Garden is located by the Mekong River behind Aeon Mall 1, and is well connected to other landmark areas in the vicinity. “The Diamond Bay Garden development further expands the condominium project portfolio of OCIC, the fastest growing real estate developer in Cambodia.
