Sambat Finance Plc last Tuesday held an event to draw the lucky winners for its Online Payment Reward Campaign 2.0 – which ran from 1 May to 31 December last year – and unveiled the logo and name for its new “Kjey PAPA” fully digital lending platform. Twenty-two amazing prizes – a brand new Honda Dream and 21 OPPO smartphones – were up for grabs. “The objective of the campaign was not only for our borrowers to accept digital payments as the way forward, but also to prevent the spread of Covid-19 during the height of the pandemic last year. As our nation and people progress in today’s world, we need to constantly adapt to new technologies and digital solutions in our businesses as well as in our everyday lives,” said Harvey Poh, managing director of Sambat Finance. During the event, Sambat Finance unveiled the logo and name for its fully digital lending platform. The name “Kjey PAPA” – representing the relationship between father and child – aptly describes Sambat Finance’s desire to build a strong bond with its borrowers based on accountability, integrity, honesty, openness and trust.
