The SUN & MOON, Riverside Hotel held its official Grand Opening Ceremony on April 22, 2023, with HE Dr Hun Manet presiding over the ribbon cutting to mark the 200-room latest luxury addition to the Phnom Penh hotel scene, one redefining the delivery of hospitality in the Kingdom.

At the Grand Opening, SUN &MOON, Riverside Hotel welcomed a number of distinguished guests and partners for the morning ribbon-cutting ceremony.

After sampling SUN & MOON, Riverside Hotel’s culinary delights at breakfast, the esteemed guests were invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony.

HE Dr Hun Manet cut the ribbon, officially declaring the hotel open.

This was followed by a traditional blessing dance, welcome remarks from Neak Okhna Dr Chear Ratana – SUN & MOON Group chairman – an introduction to the property and its concepts by Okhna Rath Dararoth – SUN & MOON Group managing director – and closing remarks by HE Dr Hun Manet.

In the evening, invited guests attended a grand opening Gala Dinner, and experienced the magic of the Memory Ballroom.
