On Sunday May 28, the Simphony Music School hosted its 7th Annual International Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center concert with support from the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts. Mr Marecin Maciejewski, director of Simphony Music School, said “Education is an important part of society, especially education in music and art to help with behaviour and confidence and to provide a balanced life from childhood to adulthood.” In the director said the school would continue to teach music from around the world, saying the concert was an opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience between staff and students. The seventh edition of the concert featured the students playing pieces including Western Classical music from JS Bach and modern music from the likes of Michael Jackson and Coldplay. Photos supplied
