Uy Kuyteav – the popular Cambodian restaurant chain – hit a latest milestone on March 27 with the opening of its latest eaterie at the junction of Phnom Penh's Toul Pongro and Veng Sreng boulevards.
The charming 38-seat Uy Kuyteav Toul Pongro restaurant is located at a Caltex Petrol Station in the high population residential district, providing convenient parking. The restaurant's minimalist yet chic decor creates a comfortable dining ambience in which to enjoy popular local dishes, redefined in taste and presentation by Cambodian Master Chef Luu Meng and his culinary team.
Highly recommended signature dishes include Kuyteav Phnom Penh, the national trademarked dish popular for breakfast. Other dishes include Special Beef Bone Noodles where the bone marrow can be sipped through a straw, Braised Beef “Korko” Sandwich and Shrimp Paste Fried Rice with Prawns – accompanied by popular local Cambodian desserts like Tuek Kork Chus with Shaved Ice.
The Uy Kuyteav concept is to serve elevated Cambodian street food at its best in comfortable and cosy surroundings. Uy Kuyteav Toul Pongro is open from 6am to 6pm daily, with dine-in, takeaway and delivery all available.
