Plan International Cambodia started its operations in Cambodia in 2002 and is committed to improving the lives of poor children, their families and communities. Plan International Cambodia is looking for a qualified consultant and candidate for the assignment and the position below:  

Consultancy for Latrine + Toolkits Assessment (Consultant)

  The consultant is expected to lead and finalize the Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) toolkit (Latrine+) for raising awareness and improve practices on sanitation and hygiene. The key objective of this assessment is to understand success, challenges and effectiveness of the toolkits in raising awareness and knowledge, changing attitudes and behaviors of the rural communities. Strategic Communications Manager (This position is fixed-term contract, based at Country Office, Phnom Penh)

  The post holder will manage Plan International Cambodia’s communications initiatives, develop and implement country communications strategies, and provide strategic communications support for influencing work in country. S/he will work with the Programme Quality and Influencing Manager (PQIM) to set goals for increasing communications impact across the country and to ensure consistent monitoring and reporting against these goals and he/she will play a key role in designing, packaging, and disseminating Plan International Cambodia’s program and influencing products and key messages for internal and external audiences.   Please follow this link https://app.box.com/s/bxdtfq0kg1yr6dqyniz2 b4cozutaleg6 to download detailed Job Description and Term of Reference.
