Plan International Cambodia started its operations in Cambodia in 2002 and is committed to improving the lives of poor children, their families and communities. It strives for a just world that advances children’s rights and equality for girls.   We seeks a qualified Consultants to Develop National Policies Analysis for Plan International Cambodia.   Plan International Cambodia wishes to invite all qualified consultants to contact the Procurement & Logistics Department at the address below to receive Bidding Document or to download from www.bongthom.com.   The sealed proposals must be submitted to Plan International Cambodia at the address below no later than 16th March 2020 at 12:00 AM.
