Has 32-year-old actress Sveng Socheata met Mr Right? The divorced actress, who served as a bridemaid in the wedding of comedinne Sam Polida and military police officer Svay Sisotha, is rumoured to have a crush on the ceremony’s best man, a royal army official in Banteay Meanchey province.

Sveng denied the suggestions. “People were just joking about me and the best man while we were sitting next to the bride and the groom,” she said.

The mother of three said that she had never met the the man before the June 4 ceremony. “I got to know him through being introduced by the groom.

I don’t know if he is married. I don’t know whether he has any feelings toward me.”
