Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi has touched down in Cambodia for his August 12-13 visit. The trip follows short stays in Singapore and Malaysia.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said that while in Cambodia, China’s top diplomat will be granted a royal audience by King Norodom Sihamoni at the Royal Palace.

He will also pay separate courtesy calls on Prime Minister Hun Sen and Prime Minster-designate Hun Manet.

Talks are also scheduled with Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Prak Sokhonn and Sok Chenda Sophea, Minister Delegate attached to the Prime Minister and secretary-general of the Council for the Development of Cambodia.
