The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria announced Thursday that it had approved two Cambodia grants worth US$107.2 million during a board meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Cambodia had requested more than $200 million in funding. The two grants, once disbursed, will funnel $63.5 million to HIV/AIDS programmes and $43.7 million to malaria programmes, a Global Fund senior communications officer said.
