The Ministry of Health on December 28 reported five new Covid-19 cases, two of which were imported and confirmed to be the Omicron variant.

The ministry also reported 11 recoveries and one new death, nothing that the deceased had not been vaccinated against Covid-19.

As of December 28, Cambodia had recorded a total of 120,469 Covid-19 cases with 116,885 recoveries and 3,010 fatalities
