King Norodom Sihamoni has issued a November 2 royal decree ending the mandate of 13 Cambodian envoys.

Five of the envoys were Chan Ratana, ambassador to Australia and New Zealand; Hok Sophea, ambassador to Brunei-Darussalam; Ban Borom, ambassador to Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela; Hun Han, ambassador to Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates; Oung Sean, ambassador to India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Iran and Nepal.

Five other envoys were Cheuy Vichet, ambassador to Malaysia; Chhouk Bonna, ambassador to Myanmar; Ath Seila, ambassador to Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus and Armenia; Ouk Sophorn, ambassador to Thailand; Chay Navuth, ambassador to Vietnam.

The other three were An Sok Khoeun, ambassador to Switzerland and head of the Permanent Mission to the UN Office in Geneva; Ke Sovann, ambassador to the UN and Canada; and Yeap Samnang, ambassador attached to the ASEAN Secretariat in the Indonesian capital Jakarta.
