Phnom Penh Municipal Court has sentenced former Oknha (tycoon) Srey Sina, 51, to 31 years in prison and ordered him to pay nearly $3 million in fines and compensation to victims.

Sina was convicted on charges of murder, attempted murder, assault, unauthoried use of a weapon and residential trespass. The case involved a shooting incident in Phnom Penh’s Chbar Ampov district, resulting in the deaths of two individuals and injuries to two others.
