The Ministry of Health will launch another national campaign dubbed ‘Join Hands to Prevent the Spread of Covid-19’ on August 16, according to spokeswoman Or Vandine.

Vandine said on August 14 that the campaign is to educate the public on how to take precautions against the virus.

The campaign, which she said is a must as the virus continues to spread in communities, will be conducted online.

“The campaign is important because we have to act in unity, not as a single person. The government and people from all walks of life have to join hands to protect ourselves, family and the community as a whole,” she said.

The campaign will also proceed in the form of spreading messages via banners to be deployed in all villages, communes and districts across the country.
