TAMAO (AP) - U.N. officials said July 12 the Khmer Rouge was trading artillery, small
arms and rocket fire with government troops in northern Cambodia,
U.N. officials said the communist guerrillas group was still in control of the sacred
Preah Vihear temple, which it seized on July 7, and government officials were planning
to retake the temple.
