A 24-year-old disabled man was sent to Battambang provincial court on Thursday on suspicion of raping a 3-year-old girl at his house in Phnom Preuk district, police said. Deputy district police chief Sareith Viseth said Chea Neng, who is missing his right hand, was arrested after allegedly luring the victim to his house.
