Wittiness are blaming an “NGO vehicle” after a traffic accident in Svay Rieng province’s Svay Teap district early yesterday morning.

Police said the man was driving down National Road 1 when the car in question pulled out in front of him, causing him to lose control and plough into a tree.

Villagers sent him to hospital to deal with an injured left hand while complaining the mystery car had not stopped to check on his condition.
