A 25-year-old was down on his luck on Tuesday afternoon and rather than roll the dice, he tried stealing a Range Rover from behind the Nagaworld casino in Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon district.

The carjacker was arrested in short order by police, who are holding onto the car for now, and has been sent to court. Police said the man was unemployed.
