It was high noon for a pair of Kampong Speu drug dealers on Sunday. Literally.

The duo made the bone-headed decision to sling their product in broad daylight in the province’s Oudong district, making them easy pickings for police who spotted them and swooped in to make the arrest at 12pm.

Cops confiscated three bags of drugs and sent the pair to court.
