Holiday in Cambodia nearly ruined for couple

Two were left thanking Phnom Penh police when their phones were snatched but then quickly retrieved after a chase in Daun Penh district early yesterday.

Checking out the local sights, the visitors were set on by two men on a moto who plucked their handhelds and zoomed away.

Thankfully, nearby officers heard the cries for help and pursued the crooks, cornered them and slapped on the cuffs.

The devices were safely returned so their owners could continue taking selfies.
