A married couple was arrested yesterday in Kampong Speu’s Chbar Mon district after the duo were allegedly discovered dealing drugs.

On patrol, police noticed the wedded pair riding along the canal on a moto in a “suspicious” manner.

The cops gave chase, confiscating two bags of methamphetamine, a mobile phone and a scooter without a licence plate.
