Notorious petrol poacher pinched in Kampong Chhnang

When the vendor is away the criminals won’t pay, or at least that’s what happened on Sunday in Kampong Chhnang province when a man was caught taking petrol from a vacant stand.

Cops say they were making the rounds in Ponlai commune when they came across a 40-year-old filling his tank while the shop owner was out.

They arrested him and he soon confessed to his gasoline graft before being led to a holding cell.
