Seven bug-eyed youngsters in Kampot had their wings clipped by cops on Sunday evening.

The gang had been careening around the genteel streets of Kampot on mopeds while carrying a sword and raising a ruckus.

Police spotted the troublesome youths and detained them, suspecting that something more potent than youthful high spirits may have been at play.

Sure enough, five of the seven tested positive for drugs and the gang are now in the police station.
